Definitions
Airport Agent means a member of a local service delivery team who is engaged as a service partner by Skytouch VIP.
Meeting point means the place at which you are greeted, met, or collected by the Airport Agent or its affiliate.
Customer means the person or entity who has booked and paid for the services to Skytouch VIP
Passenger means the traveller, person or group of people to whom the Service is delivered.
Services means the services booked by the Customer and delivered to the Passenger
Service Time means the time at which the service will start, in case of an Arrival service it will be the landing time of the arriving flight, in case of a Departure service it will be the time the Passengers arrives at the airport for his departure flight, in case of a Transit service it will be the landing time of the arriving flight.
Conditions means these terms and conditions and any special terms and conditions written in Skytouch VIP’s Terms and Conditions or agreed in writing between the parties.
Dangerous or Disallowed Goods means any goods which are or may, be noxious, dangerous, hazardous, inflammable or explosive, illegal or prohibited and goods of a similar nature or which present or may present a comparable hazard. Any other goods or materials which may be illegal to carry within airport environment or on the plane.
Terms of Use
By utilising www.skytouchvip.com or any affiliated website, or any third-party website through which Skytouch VIP services are provided, you are consenting to abide by these terms, which will become effective immediately. If you do not accept all of these conditions, please refrain from accessing or using Skytouch VIP products, services, booking tools, or websites.
Your Undertaking When using a Skytouch VIP Service
The Airport Agent will be present 15 minutes before the service time holding a name sign with the Lead Passenger’s name. It is the responsibility of the Lead Passenger to identify their name sign and approach the Airport Agent. If the Passenger cannot locate the Airport Agent, they must contact Skytouch VIP Customer Services using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. Failure to contact Skytouch VIP Customer Services in such a situation will result in a ‘Passenger No Show’ status and no refund will be offered.
It is the responsibility of the Passenger or the Customer to inform Skytouch VIP Customer Services of any circumstances that may change the booked service meeting time or place. This includes:
- Flight retiming or cancellation before departure
- Progressive or rolling delays before boarding
- Flight changes involving a different flight number and/or carrier
The Passenger or Customer must select and book a service time that allows sufficient time for the service to be completed or formalities to be carried out punctually. Skytouch VIP will not accept responsibility for missed flights or any related issues due to insufficient time. Skytouch VIP always recommends that Passengers follow the advice of their airlines.
Before booking with Skytouch VIP, the Passenger or Customer must declare any Dangerous or Prohibited Goods they intend to carry. The Passenger acknowledges that Skytouch VIP and its agents are not obligated to provide services to any Customer in possession of such goods. The Passenger agrees to indemnify and hold Skytouch VIP and its agents harmless from any penalties, losses, damages, claims, costs, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of breaching this requirement.
Product & Service Modifications
Skytouch VIP will deploy its network of service partners and local service delivery teams, referred to as Airport Agents, to carry out all or any portion of the booked service. Typically, the service commences upon the Airport Agent from the local service delivery team meeting the passenger and concludes when the Airport Agent departs from the passenger’s presence. Please note that all Meet and Assist services are limited to a maximum duration of three hours, with any extra time spent in service incurring additional charges at applicable rates.
Service Descriptions
Arrival Fast Track
The Airport Agent, holding the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign, will await the passenger/s at the designated location approved by the Airport Authorities, which may include the end of the air-bridge or the entrance of the Arrivals hall. The passenger/s will receive assistance and expedited passage through immigration and security checkpoints. Depending on local Customs regulations, the passenger/s may also receive expedited handling through Customs, subject to local authority discretion. After completing immigration and customs clearance, the Airport Agent will accompany the passenger/s to the Baggage hall and onward to the public Arrivals area for exit from the airport. Prior to the passenger/s’ arrival, the Airport Agent will coordinate with the driver to establish a meeting point, ensuring a seamless handover and successful completion of the service.
Arrival Meet & Assist
The Airport Agent, displaying the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign, will await the passenger/s at the designated location approved by the Airport Authorities, which may include the end of the air-bridge or the entrance of the Arrivals hall. The passenger/s will receive assistance through immigration and security checkpoints; while the Airport Agent will endeavour to expedite the process, this cannot be guaranteed at all times. Depending on local Customs regulations, the passenger/s may also receive assistance through Customs, subject to local authority discretion, but this cannot be guaranteed. Once immigration and customs clearance is completed, the Airport Agent will accompany the passenger/s to the Baggage hall and onward through the public Arrivals area for exit from the airport. Before the passenger/s’ arrival, the Airport Agent will coordinate with the driver to establish a meeting point, ensuring a seamless handover and successful completion of the service.
Landside Arrival Meet and Assist
The Airport Agent, holding the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign, will await the Lead passenger at the designated location approved by the Airport Authorities, whether it is after immigration and customs in the Baggage hall or in the public Arrivals hall. Prior to the passenger’s arrival, the Airport Agent will coordinate with the driver to establish a meeting point, ensuring a seamless handover and successful completion of the service.
Departure Fast Track
The Airport Agent will initiate contact with the contact number provided for the Lead passenger or the driver (if driver details are provided) before the passenger/s arrive at the airport, to arrange the meeting time and location. The Airport Agent, displaying the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign, will await the Lead passenger at the designated point approved by the Airport Authorities, whether it is kerbside directly outside the terminal or another agreed meeting point. The passenger/s will receive assistance with airline check-in formalities and expedited through immigration and security checkpoints. Depending on local Customs regulations, the passenger/s may also receive expedited handling through Customs, subject to local authority discretion, although this cannot be guaranteed. After completing departure formalities, the Airport Agent will escort the passenger/s either to the lounge (if entitled by their airline ticket or booked additionally) or directly to the gate to conclude the service.

After completing departure formalities, the Airport Agent will escort the passenger/s either to the lounge (if entitled by their airline ticket or booked additionally) or directly to the gate to conclude the service.
Landside Departure Meet and Assist
The Airport Agent will initiate contact with the provided contact number for the lead passenger or the driver (if driver details are provided) prior to the passenger’s arrival at the airport to coordinate the time and meeting point, as approved by the Airport Authorities. Displaying the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign, the Airport Agent will await the passenger/s at the designated point, whether it is kerbside directly outside the terminal or another agreed meeting point. The passenger/s will receive assistance through airline check-in formalities (the Airport Agent will endeavour to expedite the process, though this cannot be guaranteed at all times) and then be escorted to the security checkpoint, concluding our service.
Transit Meet and Assist
The Airport Agent, holding the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign, will await the passenger/s at the designated point authorized by the Airport Authorities, whether it is at the end of the air-bridge or the entrance of the Arrivals hall. The passenger/s will receive assistance through immigration and security checkpoints. Assistance through Customs may be provided if permitted by local Customs authorities, but this cannot be guaranteed. Once departure formalities are completed, the Airport Agent will either escort the passenger/s to the lounge (if entitled by their airline ticket or booked additionally) or directly to the gate to complete the service.
Additional Product Descriptions:
– Flowers on Arrival:
The Airport Agent will be waiting for the passenger/s at the meeting point with a bouquet of fresh flowers.
– Baggage Assistance Service:
Arrival Baggage Porter:
The porter will await the passenger at the baggage belt and assist in transporting luggage from the baggage hall to transportation.
Departure Baggage Porter:
The porter will await the passenger at the meeting point and assist in transporting luggage to the airline check-in desk.
– Visa On Arrival Assistance:
The Airport Agent will assist and expedite (wherever available and allowed by authorities) in completing the Visa on Arrival application. Please note that the actual Visa fee is additional and must be paid by the passenger/s upon arrival at the airport.
– Exec Limo Airport Transfer:
Arrival Service:
An Executive car will be pre-booked to drive passengers from the airport to their designated drop-off location. The Airport Agent will coordinate with the driver and escort the passenger/s to the car for a seamless handover.
Departure Service:
An Executive car will be pre-booked to pick passengers up from their designated pick-up location and drive them to the airport. The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and arrange a meeting point to ensure a smooth start to the service. Please note that an Executive Limo can accommodate up to 3 passengers, 2 large cases, and 2 hand luggage.
– MPV Airport Transfer:
Arrival Service:
An Executive MPV will be pre-booked to transport passengers from the airport to their designated drop-off location. The Airport Agent will coordinate with the driver and escort the passenger/s to the vehicle for a seamless handover.
Departure Service:
An Executive MPV will be pre-booked to pick passengers up from their designated pick-up location and drive them to the airport. The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and arrange a meeting point to ensure a smooth start to the service. Please note that an MPV can accommodate up to 5 passengers, 4 large cases, and 4 hand luggage.
– Airport Lounge:
The Airport Agent will escort the passenger/s to the pre-booked Airport Lounge after completing all formalities. The Agent will leave the passenger/s at the lounge and return at the agreed time before boarding to escort them to the gate.
– Document Handling Assistance:
The Airport Agent will coordinate with the driver/contact number provided to collect documents from the Landside area and deliver them to the passenger at the Airside area, saving valuable time for the passenger.
Modifications
The service descriptions outlined in the Terms and Conditions, Products page on the website, or any other mode of communication, including but not limited to the booking confirmation provided at the time of booking, may be subject to variation at the time of service. This is due to the discretion of Airport Authorities, who reserve the right to make changes without prior notification. Recent security measures implemented by many governments and airport security authorities often lead to the suspension of Fast Track services. Instead, temporary restrictions may be in place, and all passengers are required to comply with these revised procedures.
Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions
Prices are based on the currency chosen at the time of booking. All provided quotations are valid only at the time of issuance, and a late booking surcharge applies to all bookings confirmed within 48 hours of the service time. Please note that this surcharge is applicable even if a quote has been received but the service booking has not been confirmed.
Price quotations and tables may change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected. In the event that a substantial change to an order or Booked Service is requested by the traveller or booker and accepted by Skytouch VIP, the amended price will be based on the prevailing exchange rates and tariffs at the time of the change, and additional charges may apply.
The base price quoted at the time of ordering includes all foreseeable charges for the ordered Service. Prices do not include foreign departure tax, security fees, port charges, customs duties, immigration fees, agricultural fees, passenger facility charges, international transportation tax, or any local airport taxes imposed by airports, airlines, or airport contractors.
Skytouch VIP applies a 50% late booking fee/surcharge for all new bookings confirmed within 48 hours of the service time, regardless of whether the Customer received a price quote outside this timeframe and did not confirm the booking for any reason.
Prices exclude discretionary tips/gratuities to representatives; passport and visa fees; and baggage and personal insurance. Additionally, prices do not cover porter services, lounge access, or terminal buggy services unless explicitly booked and confirmed at additional costs in the booking confirmation.
If a Customer uses a Skytouch VIP promotion code or accepts a discount/special offer during checkout or the ordering process, any changes or amendments to the original itinerary after purchase may invalidate that discount or special offer. Skytouch VIP may, at its discretion, choose to honor the awarded discount or special-offer pricing if the Customer makes a post-purchase change or amendment. Skytouch VIP reserves the right to invalidate Customer discounts or special-offer pricing in the event of any changes to the originally ordered service.
Payment
No contract between the Customer and Skytouch VIP will be established until the order is confirmed as a booking. A service becomes a confirmed booking (“Confirmed Booking”) when:
– Skytouch VIP issues a booking reference number,
– Skytouch VIP sends an order confirmation,
– Skytouch VIP receives full payment.
Just as you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the service time, Skytouch VIP reserves the right to adjust the quoted price if there are changes in the selling price due to underlying cost adjustments, fluctuations in exchange rates, system errors, or human errors. If the revised price quote is unacceptable to you, a full refund will be promptly issued. Skytouch VIP will not modify the price of a Confirmed Booking as defined above.
Payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. The charge will appear as “MEET AND ASSIST” on your credit card statement, with a 3.5% service fee applied for credit card processing.
The amount charged by Skytouch VIP will be in the currency selected at the time of booking—US dollars, Pounds Sterling, or Euros. Skytouch VIP cannot influence the exchange rate or policies applied by your bank or card merchant for determining the final charge.
Skytouch VIP may take necessary steps to:
– Safeguard your card details held by Skytouch VIP against misuse,
– Protect itself and its agents from delays in receiving payment for completed services.
These steps may include pre-authorizing charges, verifying card details, and confirming the card’s available credit limit.
A chargeback occurs when you dispute a charge on your card. Unjustified chargebacks, such as frivolous, false, or unwarranted complaints; disputes initiated without cause with your card company; refusal to pay for properly delivered services; or refusal to pay applicable amendment, cancellation, or no-show charges, will result in a US$75 penalty fee charged by Skytouch VIP. Skytouch VIP will report all unjustified chargebacks to ChargeBackProtection.org, potentially prohibiting you from placing orders with businesses using ChargeBackProtection.org.
Refunds will be processed only if the booking has been fully paid and is eligible for refund, confirmed in writing by Skytouch VIP. Refunds for bookings paid by credit/charge card will be automatically credited back to the original account used for payment; alternative refund methods are not available. Refunds will not include credit card charge or service fees.
Cancellation, Amendments and Variations
Skytouch VIP operates on a fixed-price basis, where the price charged is for the Booked Service.
If the Booked Service is amended or cancelled before the service time, or modified during its execution (“Change”), Skytouch VIP and its Airport Agents may require payment of additional fees.
Any charge resulting from an amendment before the service time will be invoiced and collected by Skytouch VIP from the designated credit/charge card.
Skytouch VIP cannot accept amendments within 24 hours before the service time. Amendments requested more than 24 hours before the service time may be possible, subject to an amendment surcharge as follows:
– Amendments made within 48 hours of the service time will incur an amendment surcharge equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
– Amendments made outside 48 hours of the service time are free of charge.
Some amendments requested within 48 hours of the service time may not be allowed and will be treated as cancellations, requiring the creation of a new booking. Such amendments include, but are not limited to, changes in service date, changes in service time exceeding one hour, or changes in service location.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the service time. Cancellations made outside 48 hours are free of charge.
No-shows or services declined for any reason will be charged at 100% of the job value.
Proof of Amendment: Voluntary amendments or cancellations will be considered accepted only upon receipt of a confirmation email sent by Skytouch VIP to the provided email address.
Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy before departure. This policy should cover charges you may incur due to flight delays or changes, changes in airport conditions, and lost or damaged baggage.
Complaints & Disputes
Any complaint or dispute regarding the provision of a service must be submitted to Skytouch VIP in writing via email within 10 days of the service date. Skytouch VIP may not be able to investigate complaints received after this period, and any claims submitted thereafter will be considered invalid. All complaints must be sent in writing to customerservices@skytouchvip.com.
Your Acknowledgment.
“You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all Skytouch VIP Terms and Conditions, either at the time of booking or currently.
You confirm that you have not based your acceptance of this contract on any representations made by or on behalf of Skytouch VIP, and you have not relied on any correspondence, statements, or sales literature issued independently by a third party on behalf of Skytouch VIP.
You agree to these terms and conditions freely, understanding that Skytouch VIP does not accept liability for any costs, losses, or claims beyond the amount charged for the service. Skytouch VIP does not offer warranties or indemnification against losses or costs incurred due to service failure. In cases of proven service failure by Skytouch VIP, the company will only refund the originally charged amount for that specific service and will not be liable for any additional losses or costs, regardless of the nature of the service failure.
You acknowledge that these Conditions, along with any agreed-upon variations in writing between Skytouch VIP and the Customer or Passenger, constitute the entire contract between Skytouch VIP and the Customer or Passenger. This contract supersedes any previous agreements between Skytouch VIP and the Customer or Passenger and overrides any terms and conditions previously imposed by the Customer or Passenger, whether written or verbal. This contract also supersedes any earlier versions of these standard terms and conditions.”

“Skytouch VIP assumes no responsibility for the cost, loss, or damage to any luggage or property transported during the service, regardless of how such loss or damage may occur.
The total liability of Skytouch VIP to you under any circumstances, including non-performance, shall be limited to a sum equal to the charges paid by you to Skytouch VIP for the affected service.
Under no circumstances will Skytouch VIP, its agents, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or employees be liable for any of the following types of losses or damages (whether foreseen, foreseeable, known, or otherwise):
– Loss of data
– Loss of revenue or anticipated profits
– Loss of business
– Loss of opportunity
– Loss of goodwill or damage to reputation
– Losses suffered by third parties
– Any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of www.skytouchvip.com or any affiliated websites, or Skytouch VIP products or services, regardless of the form of action.
If Skytouch VIP, its airport agents, or any of its staff are found liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from described functions, Skytouch VIP’s or its agents’ or staff members’ liability shall not exceed the maximum insurance cover, if any, held by Skytouch VIP or its agent, whichever is less, details of which are available upon request with 7 days’ notice.
Skytouch VIP will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations or for any cost, loss, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to: explosion, fog, flood, extreme weather, typhoons, cyclones, hurricanes, fire, epidemic, major road closures, state/diplomatic visits; war, hostilities, embargo, blockade, invasion, riot, revolution, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, or boycotts (excluding those involving Skytouch VIP’s own workforce); governmental or regulatory authority actions, including licence or permit revocation or refusal, seizures under legal process, prohibitions, or measures; temporary airport access suspensions necessary for service provision; or failure of a utility service (e.g., electricity, gas, water, internet, or telecommunications).
Skytouch VIP shall not be liable unless a claim is made in writing to Skytouch VIP, identifying the nature of the claim and the claimed amount, within seven (7) days after completion of the delivery.
Product information is collected from suppliers worldwide. Skytouch VIP acts as a booking agent. While Skytouch VIP verifies details about all offered products and services, it cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by suppliers. Reasonable care is taken to ensure the website content is correct and current, but it may be amended at any time without notice. The website and its content are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.
Skytouch VIP does not warrant that the functionality, content, or information contained on www.skytouchvip.com or any affiliated websites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that www.skytouchvip.com or any affiliated websites or the servers making the service available are free of viruses or bugs.”
Terms of Use
Skytouch VIP will only arrange services for customers subject to these conditions. Skytouch VIP and its agent reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to refuse to provide the service to any customer at any time.
Any authorised waiver by Skytouch VIP or its agent of any breach by you of these conditions is limited to that particular breach. A delay by Skytouch VIP or its agent in acting upon a breach shall not be deemed a waiver.
These conditions may be varied by Skytouch VIP from time to time without notice. The current and applicable conditions are available upon request and are posted on www.skytouchvip.com or any affiliated websites. Skytouch VIP may change these terms and conditions at any time.
A person who is not a party to any contract governed in whole or in part by these conditions (except for any officer, employee, agent, representative, or subcontractor of Skytouch VIP) has no right to enforce or receive the benefits of any term or condition.
Each clause or subclause of these conditions is separate and distinct. Each may be enforced separately. The parties agree that if any clause or subclause is adjudged void or ineffective for any reason but would be valid and effective if part of its wording were deleted, the clause or subclause shall apply with such modification as necessary to make it valid and effective and shall not invalidate any other conditions.
Skytouch VIP reserves the right to record any telephone conversation with you and to use any such recording in any proceedings.
These conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
Except as otherwise provided in these booking terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.”
